The best dad ever!

Last night I came home from a bridal shower to find the nursery furnished and decorated! While I was gone he had built all the furniture and placed a few accessories in the baby's room! Sitting downstairs in the front room was our stroller and car seat ready and assembled! It felt like Christmas! Dustin is going to be the best dad ever! I can't wait!

When it is finally done I will post some pictures! I promise!

Nicole and Brady welcomed their newest addition Saturday 8/9/2008! A few hours past 8/8/08....so close!

Dustin and I drove up to Idaho to be there to help in anyway we could and see the new baby...little did we know Nicole would invite us to be in the room! (Dustin was in the room but behind a curtain!) I had the chance to watch! It was such an honor to be in the room while this sweet little girl made her entrance! The most incredible thing I have ever seen!

After about 1 and half pushes she was here! I know I will not be that lucky! She is my hero! One of the sweetest moments was when Nicole was asked her full name...instead of saying Dyhlan Emory Howell (the name we were expecting) she said Dyhlan Natalie Howell. She is named after Nicole's twin sister Natalie who was in the room...let's just say there wasn't a dry eye in the place!

Dyhlan is a sweet little baby who I have yet to hear cry! She is loved by her family and everyone who meets her! She is a much needed addition to our family and we can't wait for her two boy cousin's to be here and play with her! I'm sure they will be close!

I took pictures and left them with the card so they could post them first! As soon as I have the card back I will post a few!

Done and Done!

I'm finally done with the painting! It could use a little more touching up...but I will go crazy if I do any more! Next step is the furniture...coming sometime this month! Next time I post a picture of his room it will be done!

My nephews!

My nephews! Aren't they the cutest! I just saw this on my Nicole's blog and had to post it on ours! They are just toooooo cute for words! I'm so excited to add another boy to the Snellie side of the family! I know our baby will have fun with these boys!

For my birthday Dustin and his family gave me a new macro lens! This has been my first time using the new lens...and I love it! Thanks everyone for by amazing birthday present!

Finally some progress!

Since I'm totally in the nesting phase of pregnancy...I have been dying to start the nursery!
With Dustin out of town I called my friend Carrian to help me paint. It's still not done...three more walls and then it will be ready for furniture, accessories, clothes, diapers, and a sweet baby boy!
